Report a Claim
Most of the policyholders report claims directly to us. This is the preferred method of reporting.
If your agency receives an Employers’ First Report of Injury or Illness form, we ask that you immediately transmit the form to our Claims Department.
This form can be e-mailed TStone@TBIC.com or faxed to 512-708-9487.
If your office receives notice of a claim via the telephone from the policyholder, please have them contact our claims department immediately.
You may also contact the Claims Department directly and we in turn will contact the policyholder.
