Texas Builders Risk Management was formed to assist Texas employers in managing workers’ compensation claims and helping them to build an effective safety program and atmosphere.
We work closely with companies to analyze their loss exposure and for compliance with industry and governmental standards. Recommendations are offered to eliminate or reduce identified hazards; sample programs and information are provided to comply with industry standards and to enhance overall safety. Losses are reviewed to determine the root cause and measures are put in place to help prevent future occurrences. Jobsite visits are conducted to evaluate work activities and exposures. Close communication with management and teamwork with all employees is emphasized to integrate risk management techniques and to increase production and productivity. It’s a Win-Win collaboration.

TDI – The Resource Center – Audiovisual Library
The Resource Center houses thousands of safety and health training videotapes as well as many DVDs and some CD programs. Texas employers and employees may borrow these items by following the instructions on the Video/CD/DVD Loan Request Form. This service is free of charge, except for the cost of postage and insurance in returning the materials to the Resource Center.
