Texas Builders Insurance Company (TBIC) is a Texas chartered company and an admitted carrier writing workers' compensation only. TBIC is not a niche market as most other companies are. We write a broad range of business that includes new businesses and previous non-subscribers. TBIC does not have a per-policy minimum premium but would like an average premium of five thousand dollars on the agent's book We are actively seeking new independent agents to represent us. Most of our agents are located in small towns, which is where our primary marketing effort is made. Agents in metro areas are certainly desirable to us and we would like to visit with you regarding an appointment.
